Ok, Maybe Rick can figure this out... I might switch from fastecho to fmail. This was working at one point... I'm receiving routed netmail, but can't
seem to send it. Could be IREX too, dunno. Are there any currently support versions of these things that I could use that might work better? Or at all? I'm thinking binkp and fmail, maybe. Another learning curve...

I don't have any experience with fastecho and fmail, but binkp should work for moving mail so long as you have an OS that binkp has a version for.

I've used FastEcho with binkd on Windows and was able to move both echo and netmail. Haven't used fmail before.

For FastEcho when I packed netmail I specified a routing table file:

    [--BEGIN MAILOUT.BAT--]
    C:
    CD \TELEGARD\FE
    FASTECHO.EXE SCAN
    FASTECHO.EXE PACK -RROUTE.FE

I'm thinking binkp and fmail, maybe. Another learning curve...

The original BinkP isn't that bad to set up and it's reliable. Andrew
    Leary's system creates a BinkD-comptible nodelist in MIN_BINKD. You can't
go wrong with it. I used Squish for 28 years and it was running Micronet.

Everything has a learning curve. I am still learning every day with my MBSE system. It's whether or not you're willing to learn and your desire to run that software.

I have spent countless hours betting to the skill level I have today and I still have to look things up. There's no way to get out of it. XD

Concerning BinkD, there are a lot of sysops in Micronet that can help you
with BinkD. Since BinkD doesn't use a standard node list, it's actually
easy. Plus, with the Micronet BinkD nodelist, you should be able to
crashmail any npde in Micronet though you can set it up to route netmail
    also.

I had BinkD for OS/2 nearly fully set up before I decided to go back to
    Linux.

Maybe he accidentally set a packet password somewhere but that is very odd
to require a packet password for only netmail and not all mail. I didn't

The ".0" means the system is not a point.
